The event goal is to help heal our communities,families and friends by providing the tools needed in order to be the highest versions of ourselves in all areas of life. Our Self Awareness and Self Care is Key. The suicide rate in some of our communities is growing due to the lack of attention we hold when it comes to our individual selves,the lack of self care tools and the disregard for our own mental health. We Are our most valuable asset in this life and we can experience heaven on earth if we use our power to create in a different way. These events will be both fun and informative. Fun opportunities to netwark will be available also. The Event is free but the food is not however the food and drinks are responsibly prices. Dress code is Business Casual. This is a safe and positive environment your art must reflect the same. A percentage of the profits will go towards purchasing an alkaline water filtration system to a family or organization in need.
